I love jewelry, as I’m sure most of y’all do as well. The fact that you can change the look of an entire outfit based on whether you choose to wear a statement necklace or even stud earrings just makes getting dressed (even if it’s just for work) so much fun in the morning. And because of that I’m always on the lookout for new beautiful pieces to add to my jewelry box, whether that be online or rummaging through vintage shops.
Which is why Valentina is one of my favorite new brands that I’ve come across lately. Not only are their bracelets absolutely gorgeous and crafted individually by hand, but you can also know that you’re making a change with every order you place. Following the belief that jewelry should not only look amazing but should stand for a cause, Valentina donates 10% of all proceeds to various charities. Just in the past year, Valentine has partnered with five charities and the proceeds from each bracelet goes towards one of these specific cause.
Growing up near the beach, I’ve always felt a deep connection to the ocean and marine life from an early age. So when I laid eyes on Valentina’s Oasis charm bracelet, it was love from first sight. The little turtle charms remind me of the many hours and days that I’ve spent wiggling my toes in the sand and jumping into waves, even now when I’m not as close to the beach nowadays. Plus I love the fact that part of the proceeds from this bracelet go towards The World Wide Wildlife Federation for Nature, which is a charity that works to protect endangered wildlife and ecosystems, and a cause that I full heartedly support.
I wore my new bracelet on a recent trip to New York City and I loved the fact that I felt like I was making a difference while wearing it, plus all of the compliments I received on how gorgeous the charms are didn’t hurt either!

*I was sent this bracelet in exchange for a review, but all opinions are my own. If I didn’t love it, I wouldn’t blog about it!
