Take Me to the Beach with CaseApp

I’m a little obsessed with my iPhone. If it’s not in my hand or in my pocket, then it’s probably lost somewhere lost in my bed and I’m frantically looking for it. Whether I’m snapping pictures, texting friends, or scrolling through Instagram, I feel like I embody the typical member of Generation Y.

And you know what else I love? The beach. Growing up by the beach, I find myself daydreaming about the ocean waves and laying out on the sand almost everyday now. Which is unfortunate since we’ve been having so much snow lately in Connecticut!

Luckily with CaseApp’s unique custom designs, I can combine my two loves and make my phone look beautiful at the same time!

Flawless Hair with Irresistible Me

I have a love/hate relationship with my hair. Some days I wake up and my hair looks amazing and shiny and everything’s right in the world. And then there are other days when I wake and my hair is standing on end and it literally looks like I’ve been electrocuted in my sleep… Which could actually be a possibility since I sleep so heavily!

I love jewelry, as I’m sure most of y’all do as well. The fact that you can change the look of an entire outfit based on whether you choose to wear a statement necklace or even stud earrings just makes getting dressed (even if it’s just for work) so much fun in the morning. And because of that I’m always on the lookout for new beautiful pieces to add to my jewelry box, whether that be online or rummaging through vintage shops.

Which is why Valentina is one of my favorite new brands that I’ve come across lately. Not only are their bracelets absolutely gorgeous and crafted individually by hand, but you can also know that you’re making a change with every order you place. Date Night | #UltimateVegasOutfit

Whenever I travel with my boyfriend, one of the things that I look forward to the most is going out to dinner. We’re both fairly casual when it comes to our style, so I love when we both get the opportunity to dress up to the nines and walk hand-in-hand for a date. Plus I’ll take any excuse that I can get to wear red lipstick!

Farfetch | Style Reinvention

Autumn is such a magical time of year. The leaves are changing, the temperature is slowly dropping, and I finally have an excuse to add pumpkin to everything I eat.

Another favorite part of this time of year for me is that with the changing seasons, it seems as if fashion becomes edgier and more creative. During the summer I basically live in bikinis, sun dresses and flip flops, so you could say that my everyday wardrobe is borderline basic. But in the autumn, I get to pack all of that away and essentially recreate myself for the next few months. This usually means switching up lipstick colors, getting my hair cut and, of course, shopping for killer new outfits. And now that I’m working at my first job out of university, I find myself looking for pieces that can transition easily from the office to cocktails after work.

So when I was contacted by Farfetch a few weeks ago to style an outfit using just one piece from the womenswear section and the rest from the menswear, I was beyond excited for the challenge.

Now that the weather’s officially been warming up, I’ve been on the prowl for summer & spring clothing essentials. I’m always really excited for this time of year because florals are always big and because it’s really the first opportunity in over 3 months that I can wear a skirt instead of jeans or leggings.
